Conditions of participation
Participation in the competition organized by Dr. Niedermaier GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

How the competition works
The competition runs from May 23, 2025, to June 22, 2025.
During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

66 product sets consisting of Regulat® Beauty Anti Aging Day Cream, Regulat® Beauty Anti Aging Night Repair and Regulat® Beauty Silk Hyaluron Eye Cream will be raffled off.

To participate in the competition, you must complete and submit the registration form. Participation is only possible within the competition period. Entries received after the competition deadline will not be considered for the drawing.

Only one submitted entry per participant will be accepted into the competition. Using multiple email addresses to increase your chances of winning is strictly prohibited.

Participation in the competition is free.

Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany and at least 14 years of age. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

If a participant is limited in his or her legal capacity, the consent of his or her legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, as well as employees of the operator and their family members, are not eligible to participate. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example:

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random drawing among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the drawing.

The winners of the raffle will be informed promptly via a direct message on Instagram.

The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner or the legal guardian of the minor winner. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible.

Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

If the winner does not respond after being asked twice within a period of 3 weeks, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

End of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

1.) Processing of your personal data in the context of the competition

We process your personal data for the proper implementation and processing of the competition and in particular for the dispatch of the prize.

To conduct the competition, the profile name and, if available, the first and last name of each participant will be collected and stored. To ship the prize, we will also collect the winner's first and last name and address and pass this information on to a shipping company commissioned by us. Your data will not be shared with third parties beyond this time.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).

If participation in the competition is dependent on consenting to receive our newsletter, we will also collect your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for our newsletters. This means that we will only send you email newsletters if you have
have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to the collection and storage of your data for the purpose of sending newsletters in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We will then send you a confirmation email in which you will be asked to confirm that you wish to receive newsletters in the future by clicking on a corresponding link. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The data we collect when you register for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purposes of advertising via the newsletter. It will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the person responsible named above. Once you have unsubscribed, the newsletter will be discontinued and your email address and any other data provided in this context will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data in any other way that is permitted by law and about which we will inform you below.

2.) Storage period

After the competition has ended, your personal data processed as part of the competition will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the competition, unless you have given your effective consent to further processing (e.g. regarding the dispatch of the newsletter) and/or we have no legitimate interest in continuing to store the data.

3.) Your rights as a data subject

The applicable data protection law grants you the following rights if the respective legal requirements are met:

The remaining terms and conditions of participation remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply that most closely approximates the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions of participation.
