How do I log in?

Click on the log-in icon in the top right (desktop) or left (mobile) menu bar.

You will then see a login window.

Please enter the email address you used to create your account with us in the login window.

You will then receive a 6-digit code directly to this email address. Please enter this code in the field on drniedermaier.com. This will take you to your account overview page.

You can then select and order products in the e-shop as usual.

What should I do if I don't receive an email?

If you have not ordered from us online for a long time or have not yet ordered from us online, we must first create your account in our shop.

Please write us an email or contact us by phone ( kundenservice@drniedermaier.com / 089 66 07 97 – 0).

We offer the following payment methods to end customers:

How long is the delivery time?

We always strive to pack and ship your order within one business day. However, this cannot always be guaranteed during peak periods. Delivery takes place within two to four business days within Germany and Austria.

Who delivers my goods?

We ship parcels with DHL or UPS (except pallet goods). Unfortunately, shipping via other service providers is not possible.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

We'll notify you by email as soon as your package is shipped. You'll receive a notification from our shipping service providers, DHL or UPS, as soon as the package is received by us and begins its journey to you.

Is delivery abroad possible?

We ship exclusively to Germany and Austria. To purchase products in other countries, please contact us here.

Can I also order by phone?

Yes, ordering by phone is generally possible. However, for data protection reasons, the initial order must be placed in writing or online.

Can I also buy my favorite products directly from the factory?

Yes, self-collectors receive a 10% discount on their purchase.
EC card payment is possible (no cash payment).

Are smaller product sizes or samples available?

Our products only become effective after prolonged use. However, if you'd like to start with a smaller amount, we offer small sizes for some of our health and beauty products. If you're unsure which product might suit your needs, contact our customer service. We'll be happy to advise you personally and find your ideal product.
