How to create a recurring order

  • Visit any Dr. Niedermaier product page.

  • Select “Subscribe” instead of the one-time purchase option.

  • Select your flavor and quantity by adjusting the + and – buttons.

  • Adjust your delivery frequency (for example, every 4 weeks).

  • Click “Add to cart” to proceed to checkout.

Set up your recurring order

To manage your recurring order, you must be logged in to your Dr. Niedermaier account.

  • Go to the Account page or Manage subscription (accessible via the top navigation).

  • Click “Create account” or log in to your existing account.

  • Once logged in, you can view and update all details of your recurring order.

How to change your recurring order

✏️ Edit your recurring order

  • Change products, varieties, or quantities.

  • Update the order date of your upcoming delivery so you can receive your Dr. Niedermaier products sooner or later.

  • Adjust your delivery frequency – for example, every 4 weeks.

  • Update your delivery address or payment method.

⏸️ Skip your next order

Going on vacation? Have enough Dr. Niedermaier products for now?

  • You can adjust your upcoming deliveries at any time or simply skip your next order.

❌ Cancel your recurring order

We are sorry to see you go, but you can cancel at any time with just a few clicks.

  • Go to Manage subscription in your account.

  • Select Cancel subscription at the very bottom, provide your reason, and confirm your selection.

  • Done! (Don't worry, coming back is just as easy.)
