Recommended use

Take one 20 ml Beauty Drink Collagen Shot in the evening; follow with some still water. For better absorption, hold the drink in your mouth briefly before swallowing.

If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to dilute the shot in a glass of water.

Supply

The box contains 20 shots of 20 ml each, providing a 20-day supply. Dr. Niedermaier recommends daily intake for at least 8 weeks. To maintain the positive effects, we recommend continuing to take the product every 2 to 3 days—or daily, if desired—thereafter.
