    Cascade fermentation – our patented fermentation process

    Fermented in three stages over six weeks, the heart of Dr. Niedermaier is created: the fermented Regulatessenz®.

  • Step 1: Fresh ingredients go into the fermenter.

    Natural raw ingredients—dates, walnuts, lemons, and more—are crushed and combined with natural lactic acid bacteria. The first fermentation begins.
